98-121: Student Taught Courses (StuCo): Running 101
This course is an introduction to the sport of running. Although some of the time will be spent in a classroom learning basic concepts, the focus of the course will be on developing skills used in running. A suggested daily training schedule and a list of local competitive races will be provided. This course will require the student to participate in at least one race (i.e. 5k, 10k, marathon, etc). Runners of all levels are welcome to sign up.
