98-107: Student Taught Courses (StuCo): Bean Volution: Courses on Coffee
BeanVolved is a hands-on course that provides a basic understanding of coffee. Through a combination of workshops and seminars the regional, roasting, and brewing methods will be covered, as well as the historical, artistic, and cultural aspects of coffee. The central theme of the class will be the discussion of how coffee emerged as a critical drink in modern life.
