In this course, project teams create a complete business plan for a software system, including revenue and expense models, as well as sales, marketing, and support mechanisms to define the structure of a successful software business. Task 5 : Product Development and Support Plan -Revise the iPETS product development and support plan. Now that you have more information about the complexity and challenges of integrating the iPETS components, revise the plan to ensure that you have allocated enough time for the initial release. Identify specific risks that a prototype might help mitigate. Sell your plan to the management.
