Prior to developing the system of systems, practice using ¿personal software process¿ on small parts of the system to identify, address, and avoid personal error tendencies and to significantly improve development-time estimation accuracy. (Following the workshop, usage of PSP/TSP concepts will continue throughout the rest of the program.)
