This workshop provides you with insight into your own development productivity and quality capabilities in quantitative terms. It allows you to improve your skills through repeated use of a defined approach. Having only qualitative information about ones capabilities (e.g. Iżm reasonably fast and my code does not have that many defects) does not equate to business commitments that are easily honored.
